Engineering Director, AI Solutions and Automation (ASA)-AI Product Acceleration

We are seeking a highly accomplished Engineering Director with extensive technical knowledge to join the AI Solutions and Automation (ASA) Product Acceleration organization. This leader will drive the development and seamless integration of cutting-edge, high-performance, and cost-effective AI solutions—particularly those based on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI frameworks—to expand AI applications and drive significant business impact across Meta. You will function as a hands-on Tech Lead and organizational leader, responsible for setting the technical vision and executing on Meta's "super-linear AI automation strategy." This role requires a solid technical foundation in state-of-the-art (SoTA) ML/AI, a proven track record of structuring healthy, high-impact engineering organizations, and the ability to influence technical decision-making and drive execution across multiple disciplines. You will play a critical role in partnering with major product teams—including MRS, M10N, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Reality Labs, Global Operations, etc.—to transform innovative AI ideas into real-world impact at Meta’s massive scale.
