Job Description:

Coordinate with other departments using telecommunications devices to respond to requests and resolve maintenance issues. Maintain purchase orders and ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards while delivering The Ritz-Carlton's Gold Standards of luxury service.

Job Responsibility:

Coordinate with other departments using telecommunications devices
Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues
Put rooms needing maintenance out of order
Coordinate major system shutdowns or repairs
Maintain purchase orders log and file purchase orders
Report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries
Complete safety training and certifications
Properly store flammable materials
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
Anticipate and address guests' service needs
Assist individuals with disabilities
Develop and maintain positive working relationships
Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines
Move, lift, carry, push, pull objects up to 10 pounds
Read and verify information in various formats
Enter work-related information using computers

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 2 years of related work experience
No supervisory experience required
No license or certification required
