Job Responsibility

Support the design division across MEP construction scopes
Manage in- and out-processing of RFIs and submittals, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution
Assist with tracking, documentation, and processing change orders
Review project schedules, schedules of values, submittal logs, and related project documentation
Observe and report work not in conformance with the construction documents
Review contractors pay applications, as applicable to the scope of services
Participate in system start-up, commissioning observations, project closeout, and warranty-phase activities
Gain hands-on exposure to the design-build process with opportunities to grow into engineering and project management roles
