Engineering Co-op

This program is designed to provide meaningful hands-on experience across multiple engineering disciplines within our Supply Chain and Operations network. All candidates will participate in a panel interview to assess strengths, interests, and technical alignment. Based on this evaluation, co-ops will be placed in the Procurement and Value Engineering, Continuous Improvement, or Quality Manufacturing Engineering tracks where they are the best overall fit. This ensures each co-op is positioned for success and aligned with work that supports both their skillset and long-term development goals. As an Engineering Co-Op, you will support critical engineering, quality, and process-improvement initiatives across multiple facilities. Depending on your placement, you may lead cost-reduction and sourcing projects, drive continuous improvement efforts or support quality engineering activities that enhance product and process performance. Co-ops contribute to safety, quality, cost, and delivery improvements while gaining hands-on exposure to real manufacturing and supply chain operations.
