Job Description:

An Engineering Clerk position at Sheraton Dongguan Hotel requiring coordination of maintenance requests, managing purchase orders, and ensuring compliance with safety policies while delivering excellent service.

Job Responsibility:

Coordinate with other departments to respond to requests and resolve maintenance issues
coordinate and schedule major system shut down or repair
maintain purchase orders log
follow safety and security policies and report hazards or maintenance problems
ensure uniform and appearance are clean and professional
assist individuals with disabilities
inspect tools, equipment or machines
enter and locate work-related information using computers or systems
perform other job duties as requested

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 2 years of related work experience
no supervisory experience
