Wells Fargo is seeking an Engineering Associate within Chief Operating Office (COO) Technology. COO Technology provides technology services that support critical enterprise functions including operations, control management, strategic execution, business continuity and resiliency, data solutions, customer experience, regulatory relations, and enterprise shared services. This organization delivers and manages application portfolios and technology solutions that drive modernization, optimize processes, and enhance operational efficiency across the company. In this role, you will contribute to building and supporting applications that improve how information is organized, accessed, and delivered across the enterprise. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support the development of user-friendly platforms and intelligent tools, including chat-based experiences, that help streamline workflows and improve access to key guidance and resources. This position is ideal for early-career professionals interested in application development, data accessibility, and emerging technologies such as chatbots and AI-assisted tools. You will gain hands-on experience supporting enterprise applications, working with data, and contributing to solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience in a highly regulated environment. You will also participate in the Career Opportunities in Development and Engineering (CODE) Program. The CODE program is a two-year engineering development experience designed for individuals who are early in their technical careers. The program is intended for candidates with approximately 6 months to 2 years of hands-on engineering experience. The CODE Program offers meaningful, real-world work combined with structured professional development, mentorship, and exposure to a broad range of technologies across the enterprise. Upon successful completion of the program, participants are eligible for promotion and continued employment, subject to business needs and performance expectations.
