Engineering Associate – Enterprise Systems

Wells Fargo is seeking an Engineering Associate within Enterprise Engineering. Enterprise Engineering covers strategic roles responsible for technology application development across the enterprise, identifies and resolves abstract, systemic, cross-functional issues impacting the effectiveness of the company’s technology capabilities, and builds support for strategies with business and technology leaders. In this role, you will support governance, standards, and lifecycle management for network technologies and enterprise engineering solutions. You will work closely with Lines of Business (LOBs), engineering teams, and risk partners to ensure that new and existing technologies align with enterprise standards, security requirements, and operational readiness expectations. This position is ideal for early-career professionals interested in developing expertise in enterprise technology governance, release management, and network infrastructure oversight while gaining exposure to large-scale, highly regulated environments. You will also participate in the Career Opportunities in Development and Engineering (CODE) Program. The CODE program is a two-year engineering development experience designed for individuals who are early in their technical careers. The program is intended for candidates with approximately 6 months to 2 years of hands-on engineering experience. The CODE Program offers meaningful, real-world work combined with structured professional development, mentorship, and exposure to a broad range of technologies across the enterprise. Upon successful completion of the program, participants are eligible for promotion and continued employment, subject to business needs and performance expectations.
