Requirements

  • Provide engineering support to manufacturing equipment and processes
  • Carry out Preventative Maintenance of production equipment
  • Trouble shoot and repair or faulty production equipment
  • Improve and upgrading of Production equipment hardware and control (software)
  • Identify and rectify process problem for quality improvement / scrap reduction
  • Updated and control of equipment spare parts
  • Installation and qualification of new processes and equipment
  • Support new program / model start-up
  • Support Production Overtime in weekday , weekend , Sunday and Public Holiday
  • Minimizing machine downtime , scrap raw materials / products
  • Maintaining correct spare parts inventory and product quality
  • Communicating with production operators / supervisor and other support group
