Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Engineering caliber to join our Quality and Engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring engineer to gain hands-on experience in a world-class automotive manufacturing environment. You will play a crucial role in supporting our daily quality control and engineering activities, ensuring smooth operations as our team focuses on exciting new projects, including new color releases and acoustic foam applications.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide general engineering support for various daily tasks as directed by the Quality and Engineering Manager
  • Assist with daily quality checks and inspections on the production line, particularly within the top coat process
  • Support the collection and analysis of production and quality data
  • Help maintain and update quality documentation and records
  • Participate in process monitoring and identify potential areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure adherence to Mercedes-Benz standards

Requirements

  • A fresh graduate holds a Bachelor's degree in (Science, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering) only
  • Know the basics of Automotive paint manufacturing and applications
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work results
  • Good in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Good communication skills in both English and Arabic
