Engineering and Maintenance Senior Analyst

This role sits at the heart of a team of three analysts within Engineering & Maintenance and while you’ll share core responsibilities like building reports and identifying data gaps, what really sets this role apart is how you think. As Senior Analyst – Engineering & Maintenance, you won’t just produce insight — you’ll connect the dots. You’ll step back, look at the bigger picture, and use data to drive meaningful, data-led change across Engineering & Maintenance. That means challenging the status quo when something doesn’t feel right, asking better questions, and helping leaders see not just what the data says, but why it matters and what to do next. You’ll be confident in communicating your message, bringing stakeholders on the journey with you, and influencing decisions through clear storytelling and evidence. Alongside this, you’ll mentor analysts in the team, sharing your experience and helping them grow, while keeping one eye on emerging technologies, industry trends and best practice to ensure our approach stays modern, relevant and impactful.
