Join our Engineering team and help keep our buses — and our communities — moving. We're looking for an organised, solutions-focused Engineering Administrator who can bring energy, accuracy and great people skills to a busy PSV Engineering Department.

Job Responsibility:

  • Keeping things running smoothly: You’ll support our payroll process so everyone is paid correctly and on time
  • Helping us stay safe and reliable: You’ll compile and update defect reports, making sure our engineering teams have the information they need to keep our fleet in top condition
  • Looking after our stock: From monitoring levels to raising orders, you’ll help keep our inventory accurate and well-managed
  • Being a go-to team member: You’ll work closely with Engineering Management, supporting with day-to-day tasks and stepping in wherever you’re needed

Requirements:

  • Someone organised, confident and comfortable juggling different tasks
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • A team player who communicates well and builds positive relationships
  • Experience in engineering or transport environments is helpful, but not essential
