Engineering Administrator

• Co-ordinating and maintaining the planned maintenance system
• Raising and progressing of purchase orders including goods receipting
• Assisting with an internal audit plan
• Updating and maintaining engineering and H&S documentation
• Providing cover for Machine Minder duties, i.e tool maintenance and blade checking, when needed

• Strong communication skills with colleagues of all levels
• Attention to detail and a flexible attitude to tasks
• A good level of maths and English
• An understanding of Microsoft Office, including Excel, to an intermediate level

Previous experience in an Engineering Administration role would be beneficial
