Job Description

As a Part-Time Engineering Administrative Staff, you will provide administrative support to the Engineering Department at Park Hyatt Niseko HANAZONO. This role plays an essential part in ensuring the smooth operation of maintenance and facility management tasks through accurate data entry, coordination, and communication. You will work closely with the engineering team and other departments to support the functionality and safety of the hotel infrastructure.

Job Responsibility

  • Input and maintain records related to equipment inspections, maintenance, and repairs
  • Assist in managing inventory and purchasing of equipment and supplies
  • Coordinate work schedules and service requests with internal teams and vendors
  • Liaise with other departments to support engineering-related needs
  • Prepare basic reports and assist in document organization
  • Provide general administrative support as directed by the department manager / assistant manager

Requirements

  • Previous experience in administrative or office support roles preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and adapt to changing needs
  • Basic English communication skills preferred
  • Japanese fluency required
  • Experience in hospitality or facility management is a plus
