Job Description:

The role involves ensuring the 'Gold Standards' of The Ritz-Carlton are delivered graciously and thoughtfully every day. The Engineer will work at The Residences at The Ritz-Carlton Westchester, part of Marriott International, and will be responsible for maintenance tasks, guest service, and adhering to company policies and safety standards.

Job Responsibility:

Respond and attend to guest repair requests
Communicate with guests/customers to resolve maintenance issues
Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment
Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines
Carry equipment
Identify, locate, and operate all shut-off valves for equipment
Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed
Record information for unfinished calls prior to shift change

Requirements:

Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree
At least 2 years of related work experience
