Job Responsibility:
Oversee day-to-day engineering operations and maintenance activities at the client site
Ensure all mechanical, electrical, and building systems operate within regulatory and safety standards
Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of technical issues.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to execute preventive and corrective maintenance
Support capital projects, energy efficiency initiatives, and continuous improvement programs
Maintain accurate documentation, logs, and compliance records
Promote a culture of safety, reliability, and operational excellence
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or related field)
Minimum 5 years of experience in facility engineering, building services, or critical environment operations (e.g., data centers, corporate campuses, or commercial real estate)
Strong knowledge of HVAC, power distribution, BMS/EMS, fire/life safety, and plumbing systems
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to work on-site with occasional on-call responsibilities
Nice to have:
Valid Registered Energy Worker (REW) license or Chartered Engineer status (e.g., CEng via IET, IMechE, or equivalent professional body)
