Job Description:

12-month graduate program for engineers to kickstart their career with METLEN Energy & Metals in Milan. Participants will rotate through projects within the Energy Sector, specifically M Renewables, contributing to solar and energy storage projects while developing professional skills.

Job Responsibility:

Contribute to expanding international portfolio of over 12 GW in solar and energy storage projects
Participate in high-impact renewable energy projects
Gain exposure to cutting-edge technologies
Play a role in building a sustainable energy future

Requirements:

Recent graduate (with up to 2 years of work experience)
Solid academic foundation in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, IT, or related disciplines)
Fluency in English
Residence and valid work permit in the EU
Availability to work in Milan offices
