Job Description:

Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs in guest rooms and public areas; ensure adherence to safety and quality standards; maintain positive relationships with teammates and guests in a hotel setting.

Job Responsibility:

Perform scheduled preventative maintenance in guest rooms, meeting rooms, and public spaces
maintain, repair, and clean all guest rooms in accordance with property guidelines
report serious maintenance problems, unusual findings, or safety hazards
perform minor repairs such as changing light bulbs and patching holes
adhere to company safety and security policies
maintain positive working relationships
assist with moving and lifting heavy objects
perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
less than 1 year related work experience
ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, and standing for extended periods
ability to follow company safety and security policies
clean and professional appearance
ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
