Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and innovative engineer to join our technical team in providing memory storage test solutions for new and existing products within a dynamic and high volume manufacturing environment. In this role, you will contribute to the development and implementation of advanced test engineering strategies to ensure product performance, quality and manufacturing efficiency for our cutting-edge storage products.

Job Responsibility

  • Act as the primary technical owner for product performance in High Volume Manufacturing
  • Optimize Test Strategies: Execute efficient test plans, test time, yield, and quality to meet factory financial goals
  • Co-lead and Collaborate on Engineering Solutions: Co-lead with a senior and implement innovative engineering solutions
  • Champion Innovation and Cost Efficiency: Collaboratively integrate advanced testing technologies, research, and adopt cost-saving solutions
  • Technical Expertise and Support: Support electrical failure analysis (EFA), to address RMAs, production, reliability, and DPPM improvement
  • Technical Communication and Documentation: Develop and deliver clear, concise technical reports and documentation
  • NPI Support: Co-lead NPI projects with NPI team
  • Knowledge Sharing and Mentorship: Train technicians, promote best practices, and facilitate knowledge transfer through technical training

Requirements

  • Degree or master’s in electrical & electronic Engineering
  • Minimum 1 year experience in semiconductor product or test engineering
  • Good understanding of electronics
  • Good understanding of programming language C and python

Nice to have

  • Proficient in programming languages such as Python, SQL, C++, and Java
  • Proficient in fundamental electronics
  • Experience in project management
