Requirements

BEng/MEng in Civil or Structural Engineering
Minimum 3 years of experience, ideally with a mix of site and design office exposure, particularly in Temporary Works Design
Incorporated/Chartered or working towards professional qualification
Proficient in structural analysis and CAD software (e.g. Tekla TEDDS, STAAD Pro, AutoCAD)
Working knowledge of BS 5975 and experience with steelwork and timber codes
Strong IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Full UK driving licence

Job Responsibility

Review and check temporary structure designs, including calculations, drawings, and design certificates
Conduct structural analysis of existing equipment to ensure compliance with safety and design standards
Design modifications to existing equipment and develop new designs as required
