Job Description

We are seeking a Construction Services Engineer to join our Brisbane office. This permanent role is integral to the success of our CS Team, offering the opportunity to lead, manage projects, delegate workload, and engage directly with key clients. This position will suit an experienced, solutions-focused engineer who enjoys mentoring others and driving innovative approaches in temporary works design.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
  • 2+ years of demonstrated senior-level design experience in temporary works, certifications and detailed design

  • Knowledge of construction methodology and its impact on design outcomes
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a creative, “outside the box” mindset
  • Experience mentoring and supporting junior engineers

Nice to have

  • Experience preparing tenders and proposals
  • CPEng qualified (or working towards accreditation)
