Job Responsibility:
Plan, coordinate, and carry out engineering studies, validations, FOC's, resolution of quality or manufacturing issues in existing production processes, support in implementing project plans, etc.
Regularly connect with Corporate Tech Center, Corporate Project Managers, and Research and Development for smooth project flow and execution
During project planning, perform impact evaluation of process changes, involving: personnel, machinery, materials, and ensuring product efficiency and quality
Join the organization's Tiers and information cascade framework, providing support in improving processes
Responsible for the schedule of the projects in charge, ensuring timely implementation
Engage in the company's PRB (Project Review Board) session and share details about its projects, highlighting financial implications and progress towards the scheduled implementation date
To carry out the financial and qualitative benefit analyses associated with the projects proposed or in execution
Manage the Warehouse and Laboratory of Products and Processes according to the requirements of the 6 ́S program and safety
Collaboration with multiple departments like Supply Chain, Finance, Maintenance, Sterilization, and Production is vital
Apply problem solving following the DMAIC methodology
Support in Business Cases and information required for plant strategy projects
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in industrial, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or related career
