Experience Range : 5-8 years. This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform static and F&DT analysis to assess the structural impact of manufacturing non-conformities, airframe repairs, reworks, and modifications
  • Able to perform risk assessments for In-service fleet issues
  • Ensure adherence to Airbus methods, processes, and certification requirements
  • Collaborate with Design, Manufacturing, Quality, and other Airbus departments to develop optimal solutions
  • Work towards and maintain Technical Signature Delegation for concessions on primary and secondary aircraft structures
  • Review, approve, or pre-approve stress justification reports for aircraft concessions
  • Knowledge about Aircraft Maintenance tasks, ALI, MPD, SB, AOT, AD
  • Provide technical guidance to peers and support the development of stress engineers in the delegation process
  • Develop and maintain component and aircraft familiarity to ensure prompt response to production needs

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in static stress analysis of aircraft structures, with a strong understanding of F&DT concepts
  • Experience handling concessions for aerospace components, preferably Airbus structures
  • Understanding of certification requirements and experience with stress dossiers
  • Proficiency in Finite Element Methods (FEM/FEA) and stress analysis tools (e.g., ISAMI, GFEM, DFEM)
  • Strong knowledge of structural design principles, aircraft loads, and material behavior
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reasoning skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive team player with strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to develop towards and maintain Technical Signature Delegation
