Requirements
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable technical field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial production environments, preferably in assembly processes
Experience with equipment acceptance, process validation, and continuous improvement methodologies
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Industry 4.0, FMEA, RCM, TPM, and 8D methodologies
Strong understanding of mechanical design, materials, and mechanical technologies
Knowledge of automation, robotics, and pneumatics
Proficiency in MS Office tools
Very good English skills, spoken and written
Structured, analytical, and systematic approach to problem-solving
Ability to work in dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities
Strong collaboration skills with national and international teams (IPN)
Willingness to travel
