Job Responsibility

  • Plan and execute maintenance activities to keep our machinery in top shape
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on equipment to maintain high standards
  • Identify and diagnose equipment faults efficiently and accurately
  • Carry out emergency repairs safely to minimise downtime
  • Assist in creating and updating maintenance procedures to enhance operational efficiency
  • Maintain detailed records of faults, repairs, and testing for continuous improvement
  • Help set up production lines and monitor inventory and order spare parts for reactive fixes as and when they occur
  • Work closely with Production and Account Managers to ensure seamless operations
  • Take on other relevant tasks as requested, contributing to the overall success of the team

Requirements

  • A solid general knowledge of mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance is essential
  • While an engineering qualification is desirable, it is not mandatory
  • A good understanding of manufacturing processes will give you an edge
  • Strong analytical skills to tackle challenges and find effective solutions
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
  • A proactive approach to your work, with the ability to take initiative
