Job Responsibility

  • Provide site support and remote support for troubleshooting
  • Technical clarification, issue collection with Clusters in different regions
  • Conduct and track in-house test and field test by following up conversion kits rolling out process
  • Create DOE to analyze and identify root cause and solution of difficult issues
  • Create the technical report (travel report, IAM report, validation test report…)
  • Communicate and collaborate with the mechanical teams, system teams from the global E&A and R&D departments
  • Regularly check and control technical documentation in CMD system, update if necessary
  • Participation of LPB (Liquid Paper Board) development, focusing on system robustness, testing methods, and supporting market launch

Requirements

  • Familiar with SIG filling system for at least 5 years
  • Process and measurement engineering - Good knowledge in basic mechanics syste
  • Self-motivated and highly ambitious
  • Creative problem solving skills and excellent troubleshooting/debugging skills
  • Hand-on approach
  • Willingness of frequent travelling
  • Work experiences and basic knowledge of food beverage equipment design and development is a plus
