Job Description:

Your role will be to ensure that the 'Gold Standards' of The Ritz-Carlton are delivered graciously and thoughtfully every day.

Job Responsibility:

Respond and attend to guest repair requests
Fix minor plumbing problems
Perform miscellaneous minor repairs
Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment
Maintain daily logs of operation, maintenance, and safety activities
Communicate with guests/customers to resolve maintenance issues
Follow company and safety policies
Report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries
Complete safety training and certifications
Ensure clean and professional uniform appearance
Greet and assist guests
Build positive working relationships with colleagues
Inspect tools, equipment, or machines
Move and lift objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds
Perform other job duties requested by supervisors

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 2 years of related work experience
No supervisory experience
