Job Responsibility

  • Contribute to product development that aligns with Aristocrat’s strategic product roadmap
  • Spearhead Front-end development encompassing JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node
  • Build and develop games for our next-generation digital RMG gaming platforms for iOS/Android devices and the web
  • Develop new digital games and modify existing legacy games to ensure the production of quality products
  • Utilize practical knowledge in crafting client-side mobile apps and games
  • Apply software development methodologies like TDD, BDD, and Unit Testing
  • Apply continuous delivery, integration, and build technologies
  • Apply your practical understanding of Git and familiarity with GitLab
  • Apply a strong understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, XP, Kanban)
  • Work on end-to-end object-oriented building and development of applications/products
  • Develop and maintain RESTful Web Services on both client and server sides

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software development, particularly in gaming or related fields
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node, and other relevant technologies
  • Shown expertise in producing premium mobile applications and games
  • Solid understanding of TDD, BDD, Unit Testing, and Agile methodologies
  • Familiarity with Git, ideally with prior exposure to GitLab
  • Capability to operate autonomously and effectively manage projects
  • Passion for gaming and a drive to build outstanding user experiences
