Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for NPI (New Product Introduction) projects evaluation and execution at the site
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve new products
  • Participate in the design, prototyping, and testing of new products
  • Work with Global Engineering team on product transfers and product development projects
  • Responsible for designing the required tools/fixtures
  • Responsible to define the manufacturing process flow for new products
  • Responsible to handover to the new projects to Operations with required deliverables

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in related curriculum such as Electrical or Electronics or ETC Engineering/Mechanical Engineering with 4-5 years of experience
  • Diploma with specialization Electronics & Communications or Mechanical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering with 7-8 years of experience
  • Should have basic knowledge on how to read and understand the manufacturing drawings
  • Should have fiber cable and fiber termination knowledge
  • Should know 7QC tools, FMEA and control plan
  • Basic skills on AUTOCAD/Solid works is preferred
  • Skill – Ability to effectively interact with personnel of various levels and disciplines. Ability to regularly contact, influence and negotiate with both internal and external individuals on complex issue
  • Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and an enthusiasm for hands-on learning

Nice to have

Basic skills on AUTOCAD/Solid works is preferred
