This role will be responsible for releasing work orders and coordination with the production team and vendors for timely production/supply of material and ensuring smooth production without any shortage of material.
Job Responsibility:
Responsible for NPI (New Product Introduction) projects execution at the site
Work with Global Engineering team on product transfers and product development projects
Responsible for designing the required tools/fixtures
Responsible to define the manufacturing process flow for new products
Responsible to handover to the new projects to Operations with required deliverables
Requirements:
Bachelor’s / Diploma in related curriculum such as Electrical or Electronics or ETC Engineering/Mechanical Engineering with minimum 4+ years experience
Should have basic knowledge on how to read and understand the manufacturing drawings
Should have fiber cable and fiber termination knowledge
Should know 7QC tools, FMEA and control plan
Basic skills on AUTOCAD/Solid works is preferred
Include demonstrated competencies and physical, mental, & interpersonal skills
Skill – Ability to effectively interact with personnel of various levels and disciplines
Ability to regularly contact, influence and negotiate with both internal and external individuals on complex issue
