Job Description:

This role will be responsible for releasing work orders and coordination with the production team and vendors for timely production/supply of material and ensuring smooth production without any shortage of material.

Job Responsibility:

  • Responsible for NPI (New Product Introduction) projects execution at the site
  • Work with Global Engineering team on product transfers and product development projects
  • Responsible for designing the required tools/fixtures
  • Responsible to define the manufacturing process flow for new products
  • Responsible to handover to the new projects to Operations with required deliverables

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s / Diploma in related curriculum such as Electrical or Electronics or ETC Engineering/Mechanical Engineering with minimum 4+ years experience
  • Should have basic knowledge on how to read and understand the manufacturing drawings
  • Should have fiber cable and fiber termination knowledge
  • Should know 7QC tools, FMEA and control plan
  • Basic skills on AUTOCAD/Solid works is preferred
  • Include demonstrated competencies and physical, mental, & interpersonal skills
  • Skill – Ability to effectively interact with personnel of various levels and disciplines
  • Ability to regularly contact, influence and negotiate with both internal and external individuals on complex issue
