Job Description

We are looking for you as Engineer (m/f/d) Hardware Design Mechanical Engineering to support our hardware development at our subsidiary Scheidt & Bachmann Parking Solutions GmbH in Mönchengladbach.

Job Responsibility

  • Work on development topics in hardware design and design individual parts and assemblies using CATIA
  • Coordinate with internal interfaces and suppliers and actively contribute to project success
  • Analyze errors, assist with prototype construction, and contribute to technical evaluations
  • Create and update manufacturing drawings and parts lists and ensure reliable documentation
  • Support product changes as part of product maintenance and further develop existing solutions
  • Develop variants of existing products and efficiently implement different requirements in the design

Requirements

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering, ideally with a focus on design or development
  • Professional experience in mechanical CAD design, ideally with CATIA V5
  • Proficient in using MS Office
  • Fluent German and English skills
  • Teamwork and cooperation skills as well as a meticulous work ethic
