Job Responsibility:
Performing inspection, maintenance, and repair work on electrical systems and building services equipment
Troubleshooting and rapid resolution of malfunctions
Ensuring the smooth operation of the technical infrastructure
Documenting all service and maintenance work
Supervising and monitoring external contractors
Collaborating on technical projects and renovations
Coordinating external service providers and reviewing their work
Providing prompt and service-oriented support for technical issues in guest rooms or public areas
Ensuring the highest quality standards for the function and condition of all technical facilities
Ensuring compliance with all company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements
Providing assistance and serving as a point of contact for technical issues for guests, customers, and employees
Participating in on-call duty to ensure technical availability outside of regular working hours
Responsibly responding to technical emergencies outside of regular working hours
Documenting service calls and sharing relevant information
Requirements:
Strong knowledge in at least three of the following areas: electrical, HVAC, mechanical, fire protection, and building services engineering
Completed training as an electrician, electrical installer, industrial electrician, or comparable qualification
Experience in building services engineering (electrical, basic HVAC knowledge) is a plus
Strong technical understanding and a structured, independent work style
Service-oriented, friendly demeanor
Independent and structured work style
Organizational skills and pragmatic problem-solving
Willingness to work weekends and on-call shifts
Very good written and spoken German and solid written and spoken English

Required: EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Austria
