Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Engineer - Business Development to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong combination of technical expertise, sales capability, and excellent communication skills to promote and deliver high-quality power service solutions to both existing and potential customers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within commercial buildings, industrial sectors, water utilities, and electricity utilities related to power service solutions
  • Conduct regular end-user visits to identify and generate service business opportunities
  • Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals for service-related activities in the identified segments
  • Propose customized service solutions such as retrofitting, upgrading, and modernization for industries including industrial, power, hospitality, and water utilities
  • Coordinate with the engineering team to prepare techno-commercial proposals
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with customers

Requirements:

  • A recognized Degree or National Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum two (02) years of experience in Electrical Engineering / Sales Engineering
  • Strong technical knowledge related to power services and electrical systems
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to identify customer needs and provide effective technical solutions

Nice to have:

Experience in MV Installations and services is highly regarded
