Job Description

We currently have an opportunity for an Engineer Assistant Manager to join our Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr team in Morocco! This role reports to the Director of Engineering and will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of the hotel, building maintenance and landscaping; including electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, heating/cooling, painting, carpentry, structural, recycling, ground care, parking areas, outsourced gardening team, fire, and safety. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that all inquiries are responded to in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner to deliver the highest of standards consistently and to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests and employees. Responsibilities will include talent leadership and development, ensuring execution and follow up of work, preparing requisitions for purchase and work orders, evaluating meter readings and consumption, and supporting the Safety Committee and the energy conservation program.

Job Responsibility

Requirements

  • Leadership experience in a hotel/resort environment
  • technical knowledge of general building maintenance and environmental standards
  • project management experience would be a great asset
  • fluency in French, Arabic and English
  • eligibility to work in Morocco
