Be responsible for individual FAC system’s reliability, improvement, 6S issue and expansion. Ensure FAC system running within SDSM specification.

  • Ensure FAC system running within SDSM specification
  • Operate and maintenance, supervise and manage all works and tasks pertaining to: All facility works related to Mechanical System, HVAC, BMS, Process water, City Water, RODI & WWTP system, Bulk Gases (LN2/Argon/N2/CO2) and SCADA System
  • All facilities operation, maintenance and engineering activities
  • Develop and Maintain SOO, SOP, PM and engineering drawings and others regulatory requirements in support of production process and business needs
  • Other facilities cross functioning support
  • Give training to FAC technicians
  • Control FAC system running cost
  • Leading facilities process system related project
  • Project management and design review on facilities Mechanical System, HVAC, BMS, Process water, City Water, RODI & WWTP system, Bulk Gases (LN2/Argon/N2/CO2) and SCADA System buy off and testing & commissioning for project hand over purposes
  • Responsible for the general operation and maintenance of Mechanical System, HVAC, BMS, Process water, City Water, RODI & WWTP system, Bulk Gases (LN2/Argon/N2/CO2) and SCADA System
  • Maintaining the building Mechanical System, HVAC, BMS, Process water, City Water, RODI & WWTP system, Bulk Gases (LN2/Argon/N2/CO2) and SCADA System operations for the plant and ensuring the plants meets all municipal and government requirement such as DOSH, DOE, BOMBA and etc
  • Schedule and perform predictive/preventive maintenance for facilities Mechanical System, HVAC, BMS, Process water, City Water, RODI & WWTP system, Bulk Gases (LN2/Argon/N2/CO2) and SCADA System
  • Perform continuous system improvement and cost saving project
  • Ensure compliance to IMS such as ISO 14001 Environmental management system, ISO 9001 Quality and customer standard
  • Responsible to maintaining facility engineering drawing, operation manual and SOP
  • Control facilities running cost
  • Plant facility system start-up and shutdown
  • Liaise with other operational areas in the organization to resolve engineering issue, and to maintain equipment efficiency, uptime and continuously improvement to comply with company policy, compliance with local/international regulatory, national codes and ISO standard
  • Attending to site matters and technical problems on site through necessary correspondences with all parties inclusive
  • Communicate, cooperate and collaborate with various parties involved in the daily operation issue, customer feedback, compliance, request and to ensure successful resolve, execution and implementation
  • Project site support and liaison with consultants for designs and submissions and authorities in regulating confirmations and approvals prior to site works
  • Project Testing and Commissioning
  • Manage FAC vendors & suppliers for system maintenance and construction
  • Assess potential risk of FAC system and work out mitigation plan

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
  • Registered Engineer under the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) (preferred)
