Engineer 2nd Line SOX Testing

• Coordinate and support SOX audits and compliance activities within Network Operations
• Collaborate with SOX Control Owners and Performers to ensure the design and effectiveness of internal controls
• Drive improvements in quality and efficiency of the internal control system for financial reporting
• Initiate corrective actions for non-compliance and provide supporting evidence
• Conduct and coordinate risk assessments for identified control weaknesses
• Design and implement continuous development and optimisation of processes and procedures
• Serve as the primary point of contact for SOX-related matters within Network Operations
• Assist departments in preparing and uploading evidence to the global SOX documentation tool
• Facilitate communication between auditors, Finance, and Network Operations teams
• Support the definition and alignment of requirements for IT and OSS Engineering related to SOX

• Hold a degree in natural sciences, engineering, economics, or an equivalent qualification
• Possess a minimum of five years’ experience in technical operations or audit within a telecommunications network environment
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) and General IT Controls (GITC)
• Experienced in security, data protection (GDPR), and quality/process management (ISO9001)
• Able to present complex information clearly and effectively
• Fluent in English
