Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Engineer to join our team and play a key role in operating, managing, and evolving the platform supporting our Unified Communications products. This role is ideal for an engineer who is passionate about platform reliability, automation, and engineering a world-class product, with a focus on operational excellence at scale. In this role, you will own the day-to-day health, performance, and lifecycle management of the platform, ensuring high availability and stability across environments. You will design and implement scalable automation frameworks, improve infrastructure workflows, and leverage tools such as Ansible, programming/scripting frameworks, GitHub Actions, and Concourse to enable reliable, repeatable deployments and operational processes. You will be responsible for managing platform operations, automating routine and complex workflows, improving monitoring and observability, and enabling continuous delivery, while driving initiatives that enhance system resilience, reduce manual effort, and improve overall platform efficiency. As part of the product engineering function, this role offers the opportunity to build deep and broad understanding of the Unified Communications platform and its underlying products over time, developing strong domain knowledge across system components, workflows, and customer-impacting capabilities.
