We are looking for an intern to support customer engagement and basic technical assistance for Chaos products such as V-Ray and Enscape. The role will involve responding to basic support queries, interacting with users to document project experiences, and assisting in building AI-enabled knowledge resources for frequently asked questions.
Job Responsibility:
Handle basic customer support tickets and assist users with initial queries related to Chaos tools
Coordinate with users to gather project insights and experiences and convert them into case studies and blog content
Assist in developing AI-enabled FAQ resources and knowledge base content for common user queries
Support creation of short help videos and documentation for frequently asked product questions
Maintain records of customer interactions and support responses
Requirements:
Basic understanding of Chaos as a brand and visualization tools such as V-Ray or Enscape
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Interest in AI tools and knowledge base development
Ability to interact with users and document information clearly
