Job Description:

Our Insights group powers the analytics behind our platform, and the Survey Reporting team is where that data becomes intuitive, insightful, and actionable for customers. We’re hiring an L2 (Mid-level) Front-End leaning Full-Stack Engineer to evolve our survey analytics and reporting experiences from accessible data visualizations to performant APIs that make them possible.

Job Responsibility:

Build and iterate on survey reporting UI: charts, tables, filters, and comparison tools that feel fast, informative, and accessible
Ship features end-to-end: mostly React/TypeScript on the front end, with contributions to services and APIs
Collaborate closely with design, product, and data to solve real customer problems
Raise quality: write well-tested code, use and extend our design system, improve performance and accessibility (a11y)
Own outcomes: break down work, estimate, ship in increments, and learn from production signals

Requirements:

Solid experience building production React and TypeScript UIs
Comfortable working across the stack (Node/TypeScript or Ruby services, REST APIs)
Familiar with testing (Jest/RTL or similar) and accessibility best practices (WCAG)
Clear communicator who thrives in cross-functional collaboration
