An opportunity has arisen for a EFD operator, working within the EFD Department of the Caterpillar Shrewsbury business. This position would be ideal for somebody seeking a new challenge and to broaden their experience. The advertised role is intended for an individual to be versatile throughout the EFD department for roles of the grade highlighted (experience dependent). Candidates must be self - starters with the enthusiasm and tenacity to succeed. There is a requirement for this candidate to be self-sufficient in day-to-day activities. This includes a pro-active and thorough approach to the Blue Card elements and Paint Spray throughout the Department. The individual will have the ability to navigate various business systems and provide clear and concise input to the Assembly and support groups as and when required. Additional training, if needed will be provided to the successful candidate.
