As an Engagement Manager with GlideFast Consulting, you will be accountable for the management and delivery of ServiceNow implementation projects. You will provide oversight and management of resources, as well as scope, schedule and cost related to projects. Utilizing best practices for effective project management, you will lead project management and operational support activities to define work schedules and assignments, review deliverables, manage discrepancies and communicate effectively with the customer and team.
Job Responsibility:
Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle
Lead ServiceNow implementation projects using the GlideFast Engagement Methodology and ServiceNow Adaptive Implementation Framework (SAIF), ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, and budget
Proactively manage project governance including RIDAC items, budget tracking, schedule adherence, and scope management to drive successful outcomes
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, Work Breakdown Structures, and resource forecasts while keeping PPM and related tools updated with project status, risks, and issues
Drive clear communication with clients and leadership through weekly status reporting, risk management, and proactive issue resolution
Oversee the creation and delivery of project collateral such as kickoff decks, meeting notes, and implementation documentation, ensuring timely distribution and centralized storage
Facilitate discovery workshops to validate requirements and align business objectives with technical solutions
Collaborate with Solution Consultant, BPC’s, and developers to deliver high-quality, best practice solutions that achieve measurable results and positive client feedback
Act as the primary liaison and escalation point for clients, advising on strategic initiatives, participating in customer success reviews, and driving consistently strong CSAT scores
Continue learning service delivery solutions, technologies, and methodologies
Maintain professionalism and an uninterrupted work environment during all client meetings and interactions
Demonstrate strong corporate citizenship by completing required administrative tasks such as timesheets, feedback forms, and internal documentation accurately and on time
Requirements:
2+ years experience in project/program management
1+ year(s) professional consulting experience
Knowledge of the ServiceNow ecosystem
Knowledge of one or more project management software suites: MSProject, JIRA, ServiceNow PPM
Experience providing effective, regular client project status reports
Experience with Scrum methodology and project management
Ability to quickly adapt to and utilize the current GlideFast implementation and advisory methodologies
Beginner to intermediate experience with multiple Agile and project management frameworks: SAFe, Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, Kanban, Lean
Nice to have:
Agile/SAFe Scrum Master certification
CSA
Maintain an active government security clearance if applicable
