Westminster School is looking for an Engagement Manager (Marketing & Admissions) to shape and then deliver the School’s key recruitment messages to a range of audiences, including prospective families and feeder schools. The role is full time but can be offered as a full-time, term-time only contract.
Job Responsibility:
Shape and deliver the School’s key recruitment messages to a range of audiences
Report to the Director of Marketing and Communications
Maintain good relationships with key feeder schools and nurseries through correspondence and visits
Attend external recruitment events
Prepare materials for, and assist with the School’s open days
Help devise and manage events for offer-holder families
Recruitment marketing and promotion
Support marketing campaigns
Ensure prospectuses and handouts are up-to-date
International and boarding engagement, with some overseas travel if required
Requirements:
Marketing or admissions background
Sees the importance of good customer service
Willing to seek and rely on data to make changes for continuous improvement
Previous experience of admissions and marketing functions at a school, college or university is highly desirable
Relevant experience in other sectors is also welcome
Collaborative communicator who can work autonomously
Can engage with a wide range of stakeholders
Can manage multiple deadlines
Can make informed decisions about how the School is represented
Working knowledge of collecting and tracking data to help inform decisions
