Job Responsibility:

Act as a Project and Engagement Manager
Close collaboration with clients, building lasting relationship, managing expectations, negotiations
Preparing offers
Managing budgets and project financials
Participating in pre-sales tasks and business development
Managing delivery of programs and projects

Requirements:

At least 7+ years of total experience
At least 4 years of experience in IT as Project Manager or similar
Proven project management skills
Technical background
Analytical skills
Outstanding communication skills
Experience in Agile and Waterfall projects
Experience in multinational environment
Experience in remote team’s work
English C1/C2

Nice to have:

Program management experience
Experience with cloud solutions (GCP) and BI tools (Tableau, PBI)
Presales experience
Past experience working in distributed teams
Past consulting experience
Team leader experience
