Engagement Manager II is a critical role on our growing AI Expert Services team. As an EM, you will own all phases of the program execution process for designing, configuring, and expanding OfferFit by Braze use cases. Ideal EMs should be passionate about technical program delivery, process engineering, defining strategy, and championing best practices in a rapidly evolving and dynamic environment. Finally, EMs should be experts in developing relationships with customer stakeholders, as such relationships are critical for ensuring program success.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the AI Deployment Lifecycle from use case design to user acceptance testing (UAT)
Facilitate technical workshops with customers to align on objectives, specs, and architecture
Drive successful customer engagements as the main point of contact, managing deliverables and risks
Drive Process Improvement by championing project management excellence and refining the AI deployment playbook
Influence the Product Roadmap to ensure it remains customer-centric
Requirements:
5-7 years of project management, consulting, or professional services experience
Bachelor's degree in a technical field (advanced degrees like MBA or MS preferred)
Significant experience managing technical projects from start to finish
Experience leading workshops with senior-level stakeholders
Hands-on technical experience allowing contribution to architectural and machine learning design at a conceptual level
Professional services background
Exceptional clarity and persuasiveness in communication
Ability to bring together technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proactive and resourceful, comfortable identifying unmet needs and developing new solutions
