Job Description

Engagement Manager II is a critical role on our growing AI Expert Services team. As an EM, you will own all phases of the program execution process for designing, configuring, and expanding OfferFit by Braze use cases. Ideal EMs should be passionate about technical program delivery, process engineering, defining strategy, and championing best practices in a rapidly evolving and dynamic environment. Finally, EMs should be experts in developing relationships with customer stakeholders, as such relationships are critical for ensuring program success.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the AI Deployment Lifecycle from start to finish including use case design, defining operating model, managing technical setup, and overseeing user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Facilitate hands-on technical workshops with customers to align on objectives, technical specs, model configuration, and integration architecture
  • Be the main point of contact for customers throughout the AI deployment process
  • Manage customer deliverables, proactively identify and address risks, and provide clear communication to all stakeholders including senior leadership
  • Champion project management excellence and continuously improve the standardized AI deployment playbook
  • Play a crucial role in shaping the product roadmap to ensure it is customer-centric

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of project management, consulting, or professional services experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (advanced degrees like MBA or MS preferred)
  • Significant experience managing technical projects from start to finish
  • Experience leading workshops with senior-level stakeholders
  • Hands-on technical experience to contribute to architectural and machine learning design at a conceptual level
  • Proactive, resourceful, and entrepreneurial mindset
