Job Responsibility

Lead the design of scalable AI architectures that seamlessly integrate with existing enterprise systems, directly addressing complex industrial challenges
Develop tailored AI models and proof-of-concept prototypes that demonstrate clear business value and operational impact
Conduct technical feasibility assessments to validate solution designs and ensure alignment with strategic business requirements
Oversee the full lifecycle of AI projects - from initial scoping and conceptualization to deployment and post-implementation support ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence
Engage closely with client representatives, internal R&D teams, product design team, and technical staff (both software engineering and data science) to maintain clear communication and alignment on objectives, deliverables, and timelines
Implement effective risk management strategies while maintaining rigorous quality standards throughout project execution
Provide high-level consulting on AI strategies and digital transformation roadmaps that empower clients to gain competitive advantages

Requirements

5+ years of overall experience in customer-facing roles, engaging C-level technical audiences with complex global organizations ideally within tech, finance, or consulting
Have led complex implementations of Generative AI/traditional ML solutions and can drive measurable business outcomes
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities with expansive ownership and ruthlessly prioritize
A strong bias towards action and belief that no task is too small for you
Have a track record of rapidly prototyping ideas and a willingness to work iteratively with your customers to deliver the right solution that solves their problem
Possess exceptional presentation and communication skills, particularly when engaging with executives and leaders
