Engagement Lead, Fidelity Consulting. Lead the day-to-day management of strategy projects critical to Fidelity Businesses. Our projects aim to solve Fidelity’s most critical business issues, and your role is highly valued by business leaders to drive critical thinking of strategic initiatives forward. The project management and business partner relationship support that you provide to the team and our internal clients helps craft the future of Fidelity’s businesses. These projects are typically staffed with three to six associates over a four to six-month timeframe.

Requirements:
Hold an MBA
Significant management consulting, strategy, or similar experience with at least one year in the project manager role, preferably with a premier consulting firm or in a strategy group
7-10 years of work experience, including pre-MBA experience
Demonstrated interest or experience in the financial services industry, particularly in the intermediary and institutional space
Outstanding analytical, communication, conceptual thinking, project management and problem-solving capabilities
Both the flexibility and the skill to lead and contribute to teams
Experience with project and team management, specifically including strategy development, evaluation of new products and services, and business transformation
Understanding and knowledge of the financial intermediary and institutional industry, including but not limited to, industry dynamics, client needs, emerging trends, new products or solutions, and competitive landscape
Understanding of key intermediary and institutional activities including but not limited to investment sales, capital markets, advisor solutions and go-to-market strategies
Ability to synthesize analysis and research into strategic insights and practical recommendations, including strategic analysis, financial analysis, operational analysis, and primary/secondary research
Capable of influencing middle to senior management through both personal interactions as well as the creation and delivery of presentations
Ability to assess risk and operationalize findings - turning research into actions
Proficient in quantifying challenges and requirements related to execution
Driver of decisions in complex environments with multiple partners
Skilled in building relationships with peers and executives in a variety of capacities
A desire to work with people development and mentoring
Nice to have:
Consulting, strategy or financial services industry experience is a plus
