We’re looking for a high‑energy, people‑focused Engagement Coordinator who’s excited about empowering individuals and strengthening our community. In this role, you’ll help participants navigate program enrollment, build meaningful career plans, and stay on track with program requirements—all while creating a supportive and motivating experience.
Job Responsibility:
Inspire and support participants in SNAP and TANF programs, helping them stay engaged, confident, and committed to their goals
Partner with caseworkers to ensure participants receive the resources they need—whether it’s childcare, transportation, or other essential supports
Guide individuals through enrollment, making sure they join programs that align with their skills, interests, and future plans
Help participants dream big by developing personalized career and education plans
Provide accurate, timely data to the Department of Public Welfare for audits and program evaluations
Keep organized, up‑to‑date records, including case notes, attendance, and weekly participation details
Build strong, encouraging relationships with participants and community partners to foster long-term success
Engage new participants through dynamic outreach and community-based marketing efforts
Host presentations and events that bring the program to life and increase visibility
Ensure smooth, consistent operations while maintaining compliance with grant requirements
Requirements:
A knack for organization, with experience keeping documentation accurate, clear, and up to date
Smooth coordination skills, especially when it comes to managing registration and ensuring an easy, stress‑free enrollment experience
Familiarity with CRM systems, helping you track interactions and keep participants supported every step of the way
A customer‑service mindset, ready to listen, problem‑solve, and make participants feel valued and supported
Experience in account or program management, giving you the ability to juggle details and keep everything running seamlessly
A genuine passion for community impact, especially when it comes to serving underrepresented or underserved populations
Relationship‑building superpowers, allowing you to connect with participants, partners, and stakeholders from all walks of life
