Job Description

Profound is on a mission to help companies understand and control their AI presence. As an Engagement Associate, you will partner closely with the Engagement Management teams to help address customer needs, drive adoption, and facilitate meaningful outcomes through targeted support and initiatives. At Profound, you will help guide customers through the future of search, sharing best practices and actionable tactics to enhance their AI visibility utilizing the Profound platform.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the Engagement Management team with daily customer meetings, preparation, action items, and strategic initiatives
  • Craft regular strategic AEO audits that include key insights, performance metrics, and recommendations for customers of all sizes, from enterprise to startup
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer objectives and their broader marketing ecosystem
  • Effectively multi-thread customer engagements to mitigate risk from stakeholder turnover and manage customer Slack channels to ensure all messages are addressed
  • Collaborate internally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to optimize customer implementation and resolve technical challenges

  • Support Engagement Directors / Senior Managers on Strategic and Enterprise accounts, assisting with onboarding, enablement, rollout coordination, and ongoing client support
  • Ensure client feedback is channelled internally to the correct stakeholders (Customer Enablement, Product, Marketing) and the client is kept informed of progress
  • Run product enablement sessions across the portfolio to drive consistent usage and measurable value for clients
  • Diagnose client challenges, surface risks and opportunities, and contribute to structured solutions in partnership with senior team members
