Job Responsibility:
Own and manage a set of client accounts, building strong relationships and driving adoption and engagement
Support senior Engagement Managers on enterprise clients through onboarding, training, and ongoing support
Help diagnose client challenges, uncover root causes, and contribute to structured solutions and engagement playbooks
Run regular check-ins, product enablement sessions, and success reviews with your clients
Monitor usage trends and customer health signals, proactively flagging risks and opportunities
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience from a legal environment, a client advisory or consulting role, or a customer-facing SaaS or technology role
Demonstrated examples of going above and beyond to deliver high-quality work or service outcomes
You communicate clearly and confidently, both written and verbal
High attention to detail and can manage multiple priorities reliably
