Our Engagement & Change Advisory (ECA) practice brings together three core capabilities: Community & Stakeholder Engagement; Social Value; Transformation & Change. Collectively we design and deliver stakeholder engagement, communications and organisational change programs to realise social value and build consensus between organisations and communities. With a strong NSW/ACT presence, our team works across sectors including Energy, Water, Transport and the Built Environment, on projects ranging from major infrastructure delivery programs to targeted transformational change initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and implement communication and community and/or stakeholder engagement strategies
  • Build strong client and stakeholder relationships across public and private sectors
  • Contribute to business development, proposals, and capability growth
  • Lead or support transformation and change initiatives across large, complex projects

Requirements:

  • Experience in communications, community and/or stakeholder engagement, social impact, change management, or organisational transformation

  • Experience in Energy, Water, Transport or Built Environment sectors is highly regarded
  • For senior roles: proven success in leading complex programs, managing teams, and growing advisory capabilities
